1: Install the app and create an account

Install the app

On your device, in the Store app, search NOBORI and install the NOBORI app. You can also install the app from the following URL.

Add an account

1-2. Open the app, and tap [Setup].

1-3. Accept the Terms of Use and proceed to the next step.

1-4. At the login method selection step, tap [Sign in with Phone number].

1-5. Enter the user information, and proceed to the next step.

1-6. Enter the phone number and password, and proceed to the next step.

1-7. Enter the confirmation code to complete the registration.

2: Add a medical institution

Add the medical institution in the window below.
Select [Medical institution] and [User] and proceed with the registration.
* You can skip adding medical institution.
* If you manage a user other than yourself, select [Manage family members].

* If there is only one user, this user selection screen will be skipped.

This is the last step to do in the app.
Next, you need to complete the identity verification at the medical institution.

3: Verify your identity at the medical institution

Visit the medical institution added into the app in person to complete the identity verification.
At the reception, show the following window.

After completing the identity verification, wait for a while until the medical institution appears in the app.
* The location and process of the identity verification differs for each medical institution. Contact the medical institution for the details.
* Each medical institution must complete the identity verification only once.
